Extremely thoughtful and professional team- in the rush of a busy Friday afternoon at the office I totally forgot about the appointment but Richie and his partner called me multiple times and waited on site until I returned their call. They were kind, and turned the jon around in time - I actually gave them the keys and returned back to the office. The fact that they spoke Arabic was the cherry on top. Great experience. Professional staff and i was helped with getting charges charged to my insurance company which i was not fully sure that how much they will cover.

Called Gzone yesterday afternoon - they scheduled me in for next day for remote windshield replacement and took care of my insurance claim for the work. Richie and his assistant arrived early within the scheduled time block and had the job perfected and completed in a short 30mins!! I completed an online form on Sunday for someone to contact me. Received a call on Monday. Booked appointment for Tuesday. Due to an injury I was unable to come to my car. They came to my patio and were very courteous and to the point. Windshield chip was fixed in 10 minutes. Thank you for the quick and accommodating service.

Richie was wicked! Accommodating — came right onto the street (sidewalk dt parking) and did the job and within 30 minutes was gone. To be honest, the entire team is wicked. I searched for the glass (passenger window) for my truck — GM didn’t even have it in. Notwithstanding the prices at some glass shops. All-in-all, I hope I don’t have to see them again (ha!), but if I did I’d call them right back.

I contacted this business at 12:29 pm and received an immediate response. I was given a very fair quote and advised that I could have it repaired at my location the next day or come into their facility that afternoon at 2:00 PM which I chose. I was advised that my appointment would be one hour and when I arrived nine minutes late they took my vehicle in directly and were complete in less than one hour. I recommend this business highly.

Super customer service and Sam and his team were so awesome to deal with! Called Auto Glass Hamilton after Bay King Dealership told me the reason my rear window defroster wasn't working was because the window needed to be replaced. Called around for quotes and received a quote much lower than the dealership and they'd come to my house! When they arrived they two guys noticed that the defroster on one side was not plugged in. They plugged it back in and tested it and found out that it was working fine, just needed to be plugged in. There was no cost for the service! So refreshing to deal with an HONEST company. They could have easily replaced the window without testing it and charged me to fix the window. Highly recommend this company.. good service, honest technicians, prompt service.. can say enough good things about this company.

They showed up the same date and work was done the same date as well. Job was done perfectly. I went through my insurance and my deductible was waved. This past weekend I had my car broken into, with both rear windows smashed. Janet and the team were some of the only ones who were open for calls on the weekend. Janet was incredibly responsive, sympathetic, and proactive in helping me with my insurance. Richie came to my driveway the very next business morning for no extra cost and replaced my windows quickly. The reason I give 4 stars is that my car still has shards of glass on the seats and the floor – I didn't expect it to be spotless as I had a few things in my car, but there is glass on visible surfaces. I also have a line of glass on the floor at both sides of my car on my driveway. The glass job itself was well done and the customer service is great, but I would have appreciated if the clean up was more thorough. Overall, I had a good experience and am grateful that I am able to get my car back so quickly. Edit: they didn't contact me for cleaning... I ended up doing it myself.

They arrived at 3 which was fine as I was told between 10 and 3. Keith and his helper were very efficient and had my new windshield replaced within a half hour or so.

Very satisfied with the service provided by Auto Glass Hamilton. They came to my house on time and changed the back glass of my Volkswagen Rabbit within 40 minutes. The price was very affordable and the employees were extremely friendly. Highly recommend.

Couple hrs late didn't tell me about the window of 2 hrs but good service

Staff were great to deal with. However the front windshield chipped & cracked at the same time from a stone. Found out not only that they’d installed the wrong windshield (probably cheaper) according to the vin #, but they’d also broken most of the clips on the plastic beneath the windshield and SAID NOTHING to me about it & did NOT even attempt to fix it.

I used the online quote request and received a quote the next business day. The price was great and the quote said to call them and make an appointment. I called and relayed the details as per the quote only to be told that they are not sure they can find that windshield. So why quote me then? The lady I spoke to said she will call me back later that day. That was 2 days ago. I've since gone with another company.

they put a RIP in my roof fabric and on top of that installed a heated rear window my truck doesnt have heated add on.. terrible customer service,when I told the manager about the RIP he said I probably did it ..

Called to get a quote on a REPAIR for a windshield... Guy first told me that the size of the stone chip (size of my finger nail) would have to be replaced (incorrect)… He then tried to tell me that if there was a repair you would still have to pay the deductible (also incorrect). When I brought both these inconsistencies to his attention he started getting disgruntled and tried to belittle me, then hung up.... Move on!! Call Speedy!

My truck got broken into so Icalled on Sunday October 28th 2018 when the hours said open, I called 3 times before someone answered the phone after they answered I told them what I needed he put me on hold for 25 min before the line went dead I called back 7 times and no one answered the phone. very disappointing considering I have a family that had to drive home and I couldn’t keep heat in my truck. If there was a NEGATIVE STAR I would give this business multiple negatives shame on you!!!!!!!

No shows x2. Booked a windshield replacement on Wednesday for Thursday. Thursday they did not show up. I called them, they admitted it was their mistake. They took $20 off and rebooked for Friday. Friday came and went, I called them again. They said because of the rain, they couldn't do the replacement but forgot to call me. They kept trying to lower the price but at that point, I needed it done today. 2 days I stayed home to get this done.
